Frank Clarke has a way with making the absolute beginner like my self feel as though you really can paint with water colors.
His palette is simple with eight colors and what he calls white wash.
Frank had me painting people, boats, and a landscape before I knew it could be done. He has a way of causing you to relax and enjoy the experience of Watercolor painting.
You can buy his starter set which is very reasonably priced and you get every thing you need to paint along with the DVD.
You really will be amazed at how easy he makes it for you to get started.
